The restaurant's wine cellar is famous worldwide. It has been recognized by the Espresso as the best italian wine cellar in 1997 and with the Grand Award by Wine Spectator in 1997 as one of the best wine cellar's in the World and recognized as such every year.
The restaurant has 3 wine cellars naturally climatized. There are about 25.000 bottles with 3300 labels. We go from apulian wines to wines from the New Continent and we own bottles from incredible years wich are hard to find both italian and french. It is impossible to write down on a computer the full list. This is an example of some of the best.
